The MARJOS experience always start with your first phone call to our front office staff. In this phone call the first appointment will be scheduled so you will meet the employees including our owner-president Mr. Thomas Glenn Davis. This include a short tour on our displays and an idea how MARJOS work in your home. The next part was a visit of Mr. Tom Davis to your home so he would take proper measurements and suggestions on how to make your space more functional. We will then start designing your kitchen free of charge including the estimate. The second appointment will then be the gateway to what we call the MARJOS Remodeling Experience because in this meeting you will be certain on how the new kitchen or bathroom will look like should you desire to continue doing business with us or stop at this point in time to think things over.

If ever you agree that the construction must proceed right away, we will start asking you for the details or what materials and fixtures you desire. This selection process will take about 1 or 2 days depending on your ability to know right away what you like and what you don't because of the enormous collections that we have in our showroom when it comes to bathroom fixtures, materials and the likes. We will give you enough time to decide and we will even show you in digital media how your selection will appear before we finalize everything. Once you are happy with the outcome of your selections then contract signing will proceed.

We consider the contract as important as our reputation because this contract will contain all the details that we had agreed upon about your dream remodeling. It is necessary because we want you to have something that you deserve within the details that you have just put together in our showroom.

In the construction process, we will provide a lockbox so that our access in your house will not be constraint so we could do the work as fast as we can so you will enjoy your new kitchen and bathroom as soon as possible. After we have done our job, we will give you time to look at it and bring to our attention what you don't like about its workmanship and we will do something about it. BEWARE OF REMODELING SCAM

Beware of remodeling contractors that initialy estimate your renovation as cheap as possible to get the job and tell you when the job is on-going that there are additional items that you need to pay aside from the original amount you contracted them. Remember that a decent bathroom makeover cost a minimum of $10,000.00 and a decent kitchen makeover cost around $ 20,000.00. AVOID HOME IMPROVEMENTS NIGHTMARE
